Our history

The Belgian Davidts family started weaving and selling baskets in the 18th century. Storing and transporting products functionally and safely is really in the DNA of our brand. In 1949 Jean Davidts opened his first store in Belgium, after which many more followed.

The world is constantly changing. Mobility is evolving, along with our way of living, travelling and working. By continuously adapting its products, Davidts kept up with the times and became a well-known producer of office and travel bags.

Davidts will always continue to evolve. Especially now that Geert Flament is at the helm. In 2018, this very experienced entrepreneur took over the Davidts family business.

With his years of experience in the textile industry, Geert brings a new wind to the company. At Davidts, the customer is now more than ever at the centre of the company's focus.

We develop and improve our products based on feedback from our users. We include all questions and comments in our R&D. Because optimisation is very important to us, and so are our customers. In fact, the entire Davidts community is contributing to designing our new collections."
