Before proceeding with any return of a product, you must contact the DAVIDTS after-sales service by sending an email to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org to be informed of the procedure to follow.
The warranty only applies upon presentation or communication of the purchase invoice containing the purchase date and product reference, as well as photos of the product. In the absence of these information, DAVIDTS reserves the right to refuse to apply the warranty.
Any defect covered by the commercial warranty must be reported to the DAVIDTS after-sales service as soon as possible after its discovery in order to prevent any worsening of the defect.
Please note that the following products are excluded from the warranty:
Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product.
Damage caused by incorrect installation or unauthorized repair.
Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
The zippers are components that may be subject to normal wear and tear. Therefore, their replacement is not covered by the warranty.
The wheels are also components subject to normal wear and tear. Therefore, their replacement in case of deterioration is not covered by the warranty. However, if the wheels are defective due to a manufacturing defect, they can be replaced under the warranty.
In case of return of the product by post, it must be shipped according to the instructions provided by the DAVIDTS after-sales service, in protective packaging.
DAVIDTS will examine the product and if, after verification, DAVIDTS concludes that your claim is covered by the commercial warranty, DAVIDTS will decide either to repair the defective product or to replace it with an identical or equivalent similar article.
If the defective product is repaired, aesthetic modifications may be made if necessary, without the possibility of claim, particularly with regard to color.
If the product is no longer available for sale, an appropriate and equivalent replacement article will be offered.
If the claim is not covered by the commercial warranty, the return costs of the product will remain the responsibility of the buyer unless there is a contrary legal provision.
DAVIDTS undertakes to do everything possible to provide a quick and satisfactory solution within the framework of this warranty but cannot be held responsible for force majeure cases, as defined by law and jurisprudence, which may prevent the implementation of the warranty.
All DAVIDTS luggage is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase, excluding electrical and electronic components. The warranty period of your product is mentioned on the warranty certificate.
The replacement of the product covered by the warranty does not extend the initial duration of the commercial warranty.
The commercial warranty applies to all purchases of DAVIDTS products made in Europe.
If you wish to have your DAVIDTS luggage repaired when it is no longer under warranty, you can contact the after-sales service, which will offer to repair your product under the appropriate conditions and at the appropriate cost.

Independently of the commercial guarantee thus granted by DAVIDTS, intended to ensure you specific rights, the legal guarantees apply and in particular, the provisions of the law of 1 SEPTEMBER 2004. - In particular, the provisions of the law of September 1, 2004 "Law on consumer protection in the event of the sale of consumer goods" in the event of non-conformity of the product or of articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code in the event of redhibitory defects or hidden defects of the thing sold.

Browsing through categories
To access the items you are looking for, you can use the navigation through the categories.
The items are classified by categories (e.g.: luggage, business...). Within each category, the items are arranged in sub-categories. These sub-categories offer you different pages of articles.
The internal search engine
To search for articles quickly, you can use the internal search engine located at the top right of each page. Type in the keywords corresponding to the items you are looking for (example: suitcase, cabin suitcase, travel bag with wheels...).
Each time you access a page of the catalog listing the items, simply click on the photo of an item or its title to access its description.
If an article is available in several colors, color squares are displayed. By clicking on a color, you can see the pictures of the article in the chosen color.
For each article, you will find the following information:
Description: a detailed presentation allows you to discover the article with precision
Technical information: this is the technical characteristics of the article
We try to present you a maximum of details for each article:
- Main photo: the main area gives you a first overview of the photo. A click on this zone allows you to zoom in and display a new photo in large format
- Thumbnails / sub-views: for each product, several views are available. To select a view, simply click on it. It is displayed in the main area and can be zoomed
The zoom on each photo allows you to see the article more closely. You just have to click on the big picture to enlarge it.
Once on the item's card, choose a color then click on the "Add to cart" button. Your item is added to the cart. A box will appear to confirm that your item has been added to the cart. You will be able to access your cart via the "shopping cart" link at the top of the site.
Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, click on the "shopping cart" link located at the top of each page of the site. The shopping cart page shows you the list of items added, specifying for each one its reference, its name and the quantity ordered as well as the unit price and the total amount.

After having verified that all the items in the shopping cart are in accordance with what you have chosen, that you have indicated a possible coupon code, that you have chosen a delivery country and a shipping method, you can validate your cart by clicking on the "Check Out" button,
After entering your shipping information, we suggest you choose your payment method among the three proposed.
Choose the credit card
You can pay via the 100% secure online payment solution. By choosing this method of payment, you are redirected to the payment system that accepts the following bank cards: Bancontact/Mistercash, Mastercard, Visa. All transaction data is encrypted and we never have access to it.
Choose the transfer
You can pay by bank transfer, your order is validated and shipped upon receipt of your transfer.

Once your order has been paid for and checked, it is immediately sent to our logistics department, which dispatches it within 48 working hours from the time of ordering. The delivery time then depends on the shipping method chosen.
Via GLS or MBS, your package is delivered directly to the delivery address you have indicated. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice of passage indicates the nearest depot where you can withdraw your parcel. You have 15 days to go and get it back with an identity document. After 15 days, the package is returned to us.
Each carrier communicates its own delivery times, which can sometimes be exceeded.

If one or more items in your order are not to your liking, you may return them within 14 days of receipt.
